Fox Valley Association

Each week during the 2014-15 year beginning in late October, the Fox Valley Association will feature two student-athletes (one male and one female) from one of its 10 schools for a "Student-Athlete Spotlight" Q & A segment. The segments will be posted every Tuesday and Thursday and individuals are selected by the school.

Favorite aspect of your school: The favorite aspect of my school would be the tech ed department.

Favorite aspect about being involved in school activities: That I can challenge myself to be the best athlete that I can.

If you have been involved in community service projects, which has been most rewarding and why? I have gone on a mission trip to Springfield, Kentucky and that was the most rewarding because it created me to see things from different perspective.

College or post-high school plans: I plan to attend UW-Fox Valley, continue to work at Team Industries for two years and then transfer to UW Platteville to get my degree in Industrial Engineering.

What is your desired major/career field? Industrial Engineering

What is your favorite class? Youth Apprenticeship

What is the best advice one of your coaches has given you? To always strive to be the best possible person you can be both as an athlete and as a compassionate person.

Something people would be surprised to know about me is…: That I am an engineer at Team Industries through the Youth Apprenticeship Program. 

Favorite place to play on the road in the FVA? Kimberly

Favorite memory from being involved in co-curricular activities is…: Running my last Cross Country race.
