Pairings have been set for the 2021 Fox Valley Classic Football Conference playoffs that will take place on April 30 and May 7. The 20 teams in the league have been divided into five brackets of four teams each.
Two brackets include the first and second place teams from each division with the division champions hosting on April 30. Two brackets are composed of the third and fourth place teams from each division with the third place teams hosting on April 30. The final bracket includes the fifth place teams, though Green Bay West will not be participating. The winners and losers of the games within each bracket will meet on May 7. Host sites for the May 7 games will be announced when the matchups are set.
Final standings include results from divisional games only. Crossover games involving teams from two different divisions were not included. A three-team tiebreaker in Group A was decided by first half points allowed in head-to-head games.
