Favorite aspect of your school: My favorite aspect of Appleton North is the community that everyone is a part of, especially student athletes. Teachers, coaches, and students all come together to support one another in the classroom, on the court, and outside of school. I can walk down the hall and teachers and peers will congratulate me on a recent win, or ask me how playoffs will go. Especially as a volleyball athlete, our sport has a growing number of fans and participants and it's great to see it grow at Appleton North.

If you have been involved in community service projects, which has been most rewarding and why? Working at Special Olympics Wisconsin Projects has been rewarding seeing the athletes, families, and volunteers all be impacted at once. Volunteers learn and grow in servant leadership, while athletes and families are faced with extreme support and excitement throughout the entire event. I love seeing all of the smiling faces after successes, but even when someone "loses" they are having fun while playing.

Who is your favorite teacher? Mrs. Brusda

What is the best advice one of your coaches has given you? Use training to grow, learn, and make mistakes, and use competition as a way to spotlight what I've already trained.

Favorite memory from being involved in co-curricular activities is…: Winning the Spring State Championship my freshman year.

College or post-high school plans: Attending the University of Michigan to play volleyball

Something people would be surprised to know about me is…: I hate watching volleyball (obviously love playing it)
