FVA Spotlight: Matt Rebholz, Oshkosh West Baseball and Football
Each week during the 2015-16 school year, the Fox Valley Association will feature two student-athletes (one male and one female) from one of its 10 schools for a "Student-Athlete Spotlight" Q & A segment. The segments will be posted every Tuesday and Thursday and individuals are selected by the school.

Favorite aspect of your school: I love our fan base we get for our sporting events because no matter where we are playing, there are always people there to support us.
If you have been involved in community service projects, which has been most rewarding and why? I helped out with the C.A.R.E. Days last year in the spring which is a fun day special needs kids in the Oshkosh Area School District. I loved watching these kids have so much fun with all the activities and I also had a lot of fun with them in the process.
College or post-high school plans: I plan to attend a 4-year university in the UW system. I plan to attend La Crosse, Stevens Point, or Oshkosh.
What is your desired major/career field? I plan to be a Physical Therapist.
What is your favorite class? Chemistry
Who is your favorite teacher? Mrs. Seckar
Favorite youth coach: My Dad
What is the best advice one of your coaches has given you? My dad always told me to be the best I can be and work harder than your opponent every single day.
Something people would be surprised to know about me is…: I've loved playing golf since I was about 4 years old.

Favorite memory from being involved in co-curricular activities is…: Our double overtime victory over Wisconsin Rapids last year
