What is the best advice one of your coaches has given you? You need to have short term memory in sports, you can't get too hung up on your successes or failures or you'll never improve.

Favorite memory from being involved in co-curricular activities is…: It's not one specific memory but one of my favorite parts of competing is bus rides home from meets with my teams
