Fox Valley Association

Each week during the 2014-15 year beginning in late October, the Fox Valley Association will feature two student-athletes (one male and one female) from one of its 10 schools for a "Student-Athlete Spotlight" Q & A segment. The segments will be posted every Tuesday and Thursday and individuals are selected by the school.

Favorite aspect of your school: My favorite aspect of my school is the school spirit, I feel like that the kids that go here, really support our school in so many ways and love being involved or attending all our school events

Favorite aspect about being involved in school activities: My favorite part about school activities is that is where I met all my good friends. It’s always a good time, being around people that interested in the same thing as you. 

If you have been involved in community service projects, which has been most rewarding and why? I work for the school store at Fondy high and we ran a city wide food drive. We raised over a 1000 pounds of food for the needy. 

College or post-high school plans: I plan on running track and playing football at La Crosse. I'm going there for business/marketing. 

What is your desired major/career field? business/marketing

What is your favorite class? Marketing 

Who is your favorite teacher? Mrs. King 

Favorite book: The Winners Manual 

Favorite youth coach: Didn't compete in athletics when I was young, but Coach Gnewuch would be my favorite coach.

What is the best advice one of your coaches has given you? Work hard and do all the little things. 

Something people would be surprised to know about me is…: I love to skateboard 

Favorite place to play on the road in the FVA? Titan Stadium

Favorite memory from being involved in co-curricular activities is…: Every memory is a great memory
